WHAT WE OFFER

OUR 3D SERVICES

Digital twin technology transforms a real structure into a spatially accurate digital model that can be shared with a single link and understood within seconds. It represents a new standard in construction: instead of scattered photos, messages, and calls, all participants—investors, designers, supervisors, and contractors—share one clear view of the actual situation and make decisions based on the same information.

The digital twin moves the construction site into a digital environment: you can virtually walk through the building, inspect details, mark issues, add notes and documentation, and compare different phases (before and after installations, before screed works, before finishing works). Communication becomes faster and clearer, and mistakes are identified earlier—before they turn into costly corrections.

The result is digital construction control: progress, quality, and the actual state of the project become measurable and verifiable, accessible at any moment—without the need for constant site visits. This reduces risks, delays, and misunderstandings, as deviations are detected earlier. In addition, you receive permanent 3D documentation as a project archive for handover, warranties, and future maintenance.

Applications

  • Existing condition capture for renovations and reconstructions – the designer gains a realistic and spatially clear view of the building.
  • Point cloud reference – if required, we provide a point cloud (e.g., E57/PLY) that can be directly imported into Archicad or Revit as a reference for creating drawings and BIM models of the existing structure.
  • Basis for cost estimates and construction phases – enables easier assessments and fewer “hidden” surprises.
  • Digital space scanning & existing floor plan – with a single scan, you receive a digital model and an accurate floor plan of the existing condition. Ideal for energy certificates, condominium documentation, and design references, while enabling faster preparation and a permanent 3D archive of the space.
  • 3D progress tracking by phases – Each phase is recorded as a measurable 3D record, enabling clear control of the completed work and fewer “hidden” surprises.
    • Coordination of subcontractors (electricians, plumbers, drywall installers, carpenters) without constant site visits – everyone can see exactly where the work is taking place.
    • Documentation of “hidden” installations (pipes, cables, positions of junction boxes) before they are covered – extremely useful later for drilling, servicing, and modifications.
    • Faster problem solving: with a single click, the issue can be shown in the 3D model, allowing everyone involved to immediately see the location and context – faster, more precise, and without misunderstandings.
  • Measurement for cost calculation – support for contractors: We assist contractors in preparing payment statements through accurate measurement of the actual executed work. The result is clearly documented quantities and precise billing without guesswork or misunderstandings.
  • 3D communication on the project – Through the 3D model, it is possible to mark exact locations and provide clear installation instructions—without long explanations or confusion. The model can include comments, arrows, notes, and control points, with the option to attach photos/videos and link them to specific construction details (installations, waterproofing, finishing layers). This way, all participants (contractor, supervisor, investor) share the same understanding of the project’s status and can make decisions more quickly.
  • “Remote supervision”: investors and supervisors can review the actual project status at any time through the 3D record, without constant site visits—allowing fewer but more targeted inspections when they are truly needed.
  • Issue marking: precise location + description + photo/note + resolution status.
  • Phase comparison over time: clearly shows what was completed, when, and how—creating excellent documentation.
  • Clear evidence for billing and claims: documentation of additional works and situations with fewer misunderstandings and faster agreement.

Other 3D services

  • Final 3D model as a digital “building record” – for the investor, property manager, or buyer.
  • Useful for maintenance, future renovations, and proof of the completed condition.
  • A link to the 3D project status + a short summary: what has been completed, what is still open, what is delayed, and what requires a decision.
  • Ideal for projects where the investor is not constantly on site.
  • 3D walkthrough for listings, portals, and presentations (the buyer can “walk through” the apartment or house).
  • Faster filtering of serious buyers and fewer unnecessary property visits.
  • “Before/after” capture (water damage, fire, moisture, structural damage) for assessments and insurance documentation.
  • Every phase of construction remains recorded in 3D. You receive a digital history of the project—clear, comparable, and instantly accessible—for more confident decisions, faster supervision, and smoother execution.
