Professional supervision ensures that construction works are carried out in accordance with legal regulations, project documentation, construction standards, and professional best practices.
Through regular site visits, we monitor the progress of works, control the quality of execution and installed materials. Professional supervision identifies deviations in a timely manner, provides instructions for corrections, and maintains the necessary records, ensuring that the investor can be confident the completed building will be safe, functional, and properly documented.
Technical and construction supervision of works on site
We regularly visit the construction site and monitor the execution of all phases of the works. We verify that the works are carried out professionally, safely, and in accordance with the agreed scope, and we respond promptly if any irregularities or deviations are identified.
Quality control of executed works and installed materials
We verify the required certificates and the quality of the installed materials, as well as whether the execution complies with technical standards and the details defined in the project. The goal is to ensure that the building is durable, safe, and technically sound—not just “visually completed.”
Verification of compliance with the project documentation
We verify that all works are carried out in accordance with the main and detailed design, as well as with any valid amendments or updates. In case of deviations, we propose corrections or, if necessary, adjustments to the project documentation in coordination with the designer and the investor.
Maintenance of the construction logbook and other legally required records
We maintain and certify the construction logbook as well as other legally required documentation, ensuring that the entire construction process remains transparent and verifiable at a later stage. This provides the proper documentation needed for the technical inspection and the building’s final approval for use.
Participation in the technical inspection and handover of the building
We prepare the required documentation and participate in the technical inspection before the relevant authorities. During the handover of the building to the investor, we verify that the works have been completed within the agreed scope and quality, and that any identified deficiencies have been resolved.
Advisory support to the investor throughout the entire construction process
We are available to the investor to clarify technical solutions, contractors’ offers, bills of quantities, and any uncertainties that arise during construction. Our role is to translate the “language of the construction site” into clear, understandable terms and support informed decision-making.
